Can I sign up to the CSA Box Scheme?
Absolutely, just put your email into the waiting list form!
When can I collect my Veg?
Thursday from 1pm to 9pm !
Can I skip a week?
You can skip a week, though as part of the CSA contribution, 17€ is automatically deducted every week from your balance. You will not get a refund for this. This is because the committment of being part of a CSA is to help fund the ongoing operations of the farm, and reap from it’s benefits.
You are more than welcome to have someone else, like family or a friend, collect on your behalf if you are absent!
Why does the small veg say 0€?
Since you are contributing 17€ a week, you are entitled to collect a small veg box worth 17€ on a weekly basis.
The large veg box costs 23€, which is why an additional 6€ is deducted from your balance.
Where can I find my balance?
You can find your balance in the “MY ACCOUNT” page as well as your deduction history.
If you are logged into your account, you will see your balance shown below here too
What happens if my balance falls below 0€?
If you use up all your balance on extra vegetables and it reaches 0€ or below, you will need to top up your account. If you fall into the negative, we will bill you what you owe.
It’s best to keep your balance above 0€.
